Field Service Technician - Baltimore, MD Area

As a Corsica Field Service Technician, you’ll join our Service Team providing level 2 and 3 tech support to our customers at their location, and over the phone or Internet. Additionally, you will work and communicate with other Technicians within Corsica Technologies to ensure that our customer needs are met in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

This is a full-time position reporting in to our MD Headquarters Office, with on-site visits to customers in the surrounding area as needed. 

As a member of Field Services Team, the Field Service/On-Site Technician is also responsible for maintaining a good working relationship with our clients by providing high quality support to customers both on-site and remotely.  

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Servicing customers as assigned by the service ticket schedule
  • Supporting customer needs and maintaining a line of communication as those issues are addressed and resolved
  • Performing regular systems maintenance
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues with IT systems

Assistant Service Technician

The Assistant Service Technician is a full-time position based in our Headquarters office in Centreville, MD. This position is for weekdays (M-F) from 6 AM – 3 PM.

Applicants must have basic/entry-level technical experience, as this team member will assist with IT service requests from customers, in addition to serving at the initial point of contact for customers requesting support on weekends.

As a member of the Service Coordination Team, the Assistant Service Technician is also responsible for maintaining a good working relationship with our clients by providing initial response to customer requests that are submitted via phone, email and through the website.  

That response may be direct assistance, or it may be to assist in routing the request to a more experienced HelpDesk or NOC Technician for assignment.

The Assistant Service Technician will also work cooperatively across departments within Corsica to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely, efficient and professional manner.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Serving as a first point of contact for customers submitting technical support requests on weekends.
  • Providing direct assistance to customers who are in need of basic technical support.
  • Transitioning higher-level technical requests to the master ticketing system, for assignment to appropriate HelpDesk or NOC Technician.
  • Supporting customer needs by maintaining a line of communication as those issues are addressed and resolved.
  • Clearly documenting reported issues in order to successfully transition the support ticket to the appropriate support team; this includes gathering all necessary and relevant information so that the assigned Technician has a clear picture of the issue.
  • Accurate receipt of customer product orders (following standard processes).

Corsica Tech is looking for a motivated Help Desk Technician to join our growing HD Team, based out of our Headquarters office in Centreville, MD.

This team’s primary focus is providing a customer’s end-users with the best possible IT service and support, as efficiently as possible.

Customer Success Representative - MD Office

Corsica Tech is looking for a motivated Customer Success Representative (CSR) to join our growing Account Management Team.

This position will be reporting to our Centreville, MD Headquarters Office, working directly with the Director of Account Management.

This team’s primary focus is providing superior customer service to our existing client base, while supporting their ongoing business needs.  The customer’s assigned CSR is both their advocate and their first point of contact for any non-technical questions, issues or requests.

As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing operational support to clients, which includes (but is not limited to):

  • Serving as a collaborative and contributing member of the Account Management Team
  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers for non-technical questions, concerns, issues, etc.

Outside Sales Account Executive - Eastern Shore

We are looking for a talented and competitive Outside Sales Account Executive who is motivated to achieve ambitious customer acquisition and growth goals, while also maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers. 

This position is for our Maryland office, covering the Eastern Shore region.

As an Outside Sales Account Executive you will be responsible for providing operational support of our prospects and clients including (but not limited to):

  • Serving as a contributing member of the Sales Team
  • Managing a sales pipeline
  • Developing a good working relationship with our clients and client prospects
  • Introducing our firm to, and establishing service contracts with new clients
  • Serving as a liaison between clients and other Departments and Corsica team members
  • Provide excellent customer service and recommendations to current customers
  • Assisting in drafting quotes and purchase orders for customer approval as requested
