Outside Sales Account Executive - NYC
We are looking for a talented and competitive Outside Sales Account Executive who is motivated to achieve ambitious customer acquisition and growth goals, while also maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers.
This position is for our New York City office.
As an Outside Sales Account Executive you will be responsible for providing operational support of our prospects and clients including (but not limited to):
- Serving as a contributing member of the Sales Team
- Managing a sales pipeline
- Developing a good working relationship with our clients and client prospects
- Introducing our firm to, and establishing service contracts with new clients
- Serving as a liaison between clients and other Departments and Corsica team members
- Provide excellent customer service and recommendations to current customers
- Assisting in drafting quotes and purchase orders for customer approval as requested
- Resolving customer issues or concerns
- Working with customer and other team members in maintaining healthy account relationships
- Conducting regular account reviews of our accounts and communicating findings with customers
- Maintaining a consistent customer communication schedule
- Assisting our management staff with any assigned tasks as may be delegated
- Assisting in the presentation of project proposals to clients for IT or Web services as needed
