The Network Operations Center features a dedicated team that proactively monitors network health and provides real-time alerting and remediation when an event is detected. The team also configures, optimizes, and verifies client back and recovery technology. The NOC diligently performs essential maintenance, such as patching and network updates.
Security Operation Center (SOC)
The SOC provides real-time threat monitoring, event correlations, and remediation. The SOC team also deploys security solutions, conducts vulnerability and risk assessments, and provides responsive forensic investigations and crisis management services.
Field Engineering Services
This team of experts is available to help with maintenance, repair, and installations beyond the scope of a typical agreement. These team members usually work directly with clients on-site to provide services needed for specific projects.
Our dedicated resources from the Client Success team help to make sure your technology is helping you succeed. They also work with customers to provide a strategic roadmap so they’re prepared for the future.
