Coronavirus Update from CEO Dale Walls
Dear Corsica Clients,
If you are like me, you are watching this situation change day by day, seemingly every minute. This is definitely an unusual and unprecedented time for our country and our businesses. I don’t want to clutter your inbox with another COVID message, but I did think it was important to let you know what steps we have taken to ensure continuity and availability of our services and support.
In the past few days, Corsica has –
- Reduced the clustering of our resources by transitioning to a remote workforce. We enacted our plans and have our team safely and securely positioned to continue to serve you seamlessly.
- We have limited our travel for all employees to essential travel only. We’ve been able to transition most of our in-person engagements to be virtual though the use of Microsoft Teams.
- We do not anticipate any service or project delays. As we said in our previous email, we have seen some delays in shipping of equipment due to disruptions in the supply chain, but we have been able to source equipment from alternate vendors to overcome these few instances.
- We have taken various precautions and adapted our continuity plans to accommodate the current CDC guidance around social distancing and hygiene to protect our own staff, both for their health and to ensure continuity of service.
I want you to know that we are here for you. By having service delivery teams in various parts of the country gives us the ability to continue to serve our clients even if there are regional impact differences. We are well positioned to serve you as this situation continues to evolve and unfold.
If we can assist you in any way, feel free to reach out to your Client Success Manager or any member of the Corsica Team.
