As many times as you may write the date as 2015 (oh come on, don’t pretend it hasn’t happened to you), there’s no denying that the year itself is gone – already fading into a distant memory as we charge ahead into 2016. But before we fully let it go, we wanted to officially and fully acknowledge, thank, recognize and just generally sing the praises of the incredible Corsica Tech team that made 2015 a great year here.
We really don’t like to brag, but when it comes to shining a spotlight on the level of talent that we are lucky enough to have as part of the team, we’re gonna have to go ahead and do it because they just plain deserve the credit and the applause.
See, as an IT service company, we don’t just handle our own computer problems, we handle everyone’s computer problems. As a result, it takes a certain demeanor and level of fortitude to thrive in this business because let’s face it, we don’t usually (and by that we mean EVER) get calls when things are working just fine and dandy there in your office. Most of the time when our phone rings, the person on the other end of that call is having a pretty bad day because something isn’t working they way they need it to. Which means they are not necessarily always in the BEST mood…and hey – we get it!
It’s our job to make that person’s day better as quickly as possible, and fortunately we have a stellar team that is committed to doing just that. If you’ve worked with this group directly, then you know. If you haven’t, then trust us – they are the best. They are smart, hard-working, innovative problem solvers who take very seriously the need to get you back to work. They are well-trained, intensely focused on customer service, and always ready to jump in and get the job done.
You might be thinking, well of course they think their people are the cat’s meow…who doesn’t? We don’t know if every business feels as lucky as we do – we certainly hope so. But we also have some pretty compelling numbers to back up their performance (see above). This crew doesn’t just talk the talk about customer service and closing out tickets – they walk the walk.
