Corsica Technologies adds additional capabilities to their award-winning platform through the acquisition of Check in Logic Plus (CILP).
Centreville, MD and Colorado Springs, CO – Corsica Technologies announces the acquisition today of Colorado Springs-based Check in Logic Plus, a highly regarded and rapidly growing managed services provider. The terms of the transaction between the two companies were not disclosed.
Corsica Technologies has been growing through acquisition, completing the acquisitions of EDTS (Southeast) and Symplexity (Midwest) in 2019. Brian Harmison, the CEO, says “Our approach has been to identify and acquire other leading MSPs throughout the country. We want to find companies that offer MSP services, but also offer other strategic offerings to add to our portfolio.” Harmison continues, “this acquisition further expands our reach to deliver high quality IT services.”
Chris Mangrum, COO of CILP, will continue to play a key role in the Mountain region. Mangrum says, “We’re excited to join with Corsica Technologies, as this partnership will give our current clients access to a larger team of dedicated Network, Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation experts as well as new services and an even higher level of customer service.”
Corsica continues its acquisition strategy to expand to new markets while adding new services and capabilities. Harmison says, “We want to continue to serve our clients with a team that is local.
