I want to commend Bo for the professional job he did yesterday restoring my computer to full health. He readily shared his knowledge with me and showed me a few good tips on managing files that will make it easier for me to keep my system clean.

For the first time since we initialized this XPS600 I feel it is performing to design specs in both speed and reliability.

I would welcome Bo back should the need arise to do more work on this system. For now, we are both up and running smoothly and thank Corsica Technologies for all your help in getting us into a stable operating state.

Over the last several months we have used Corsica Technologies (WDIT) for a variety of needs including purchasing new equipment, installing high speed access and in-home wireless connection, software installation and problem solving. This has involved our personal computer needs, laptop support, home office capabilities as well as connecting to the hospital and health department systems for carrying out our telecommuting responsibilities - all from our home on Kent Island. In addition the Corsica technicians have helped to install similar capabilities for our son at his apartment in Rossville, Maryland (Baltimore).

The service has been superb - the sales person and the technician expertise, responsiveness, attitude, flexibility and willingness to work with us on our schedule and at our convenience has been as good as we have experienced. And, your interface with our practice manager at the hospital and the collaboration with her on equipment ordering, installation, billing and payment issues has been very nicely handled.
