Hosted Exchange - Mailbox Management
What about personal productivity and taking control of your mailbox?
USE OUTLOOK TO MANAGE YOUR MAILBOX:
- Save time and find messages faster. Messages are sorted by date as a default, but you may also choose subject, importance, from, and many others – in your Inbox, click on Arranged By and select from the list or create your own custom criteria.
- Prioritize messages: Use Quick Flags to flag messages by priority or time sensitivity and find them in whichever folder they reside. From the top menu bar select Actions, Follow Up.
- Organize messages before they enter you inbox! Use Rules and Alerts to organize incoming e-mail messages and trigger alerts according to your preferences. From the top menu bar select Tools, Rules and Alerts, New Rule and follow the easy Rules Wizard.
- Find messages easily. Using Outlook with Exchange you can save the results of commonly used searches as Search Folders to keep relevant e-mails together.
ELIMINATE JUNK EMAIL
Hosted Exchange provides anti-spam functionality on the mail server, plus you can take additional control over your personal inbox by implementing unwanted mail features in Outlook.
From the top menu select Actions, Junk Email and choose from the following features:
- Blocked Senders List: Messages from people or domains on this list are always treated as junk e-mail.
- Safe Senders List: Messages from people or domains on this list are never treated as junk e-mail. For complete control, you can configure Outlook 2003 to accept only messages from the Safe Senders List.
- Junk Email Options: Set your level of protection from low to high options.
